Clearwater near Annandale

Spent all afternoon out there today. 1 walleye and 2 bass. Threw the tackle box at them. Planning on spending some time in the area in the coming weeks. Anyone been out? Any reports?

Spent a few hrs there labor day afternoon/evening pulling crankbaits and my results wernt much better than yours,2 small eyes,4 bass and 1 gill.Lot of floating weeds had there say in where I could and couldnt fish,either way slow was the theme.

Clearwater is a nice multispecies lake with clear water and nice structure. Enjoy it for what it is, go out there with a multi-species approach, you read a lot about how to target this or that not much is said about how to catch a bunch of a variety of stuff (although In-Fisherman has had a couple of articles) get those bass on ice right away fry them with the walters-pickle the pike or fry them and serve them to me(like the taste of pike) Have fun, get the kids involved, its all good!
