hows the bite

was wondering how the bite was going ??? im thinking about heading over friday morning before the weekend rush of pleasure boaters any and all tips would be helpfull i have only fished clear lake a couple of times in open water thanks

The yellow bass are still up shallow, and alot of guys are catching a ton of short walleyes on jig and minnow on the rock humps and reefs.

thanks for the info i still havent decided where to go brushy or clear lake but i will give that stuff a try if i hit clear lake

I am headed to brushy the gills should be spawning and i catch bigger walleyes there. For numbers if you like yellow bass clear lake is better but the average catch of walleyes is smaller for me. Good luck either way.
