Ice Out?

    Is the ice out on the lakes up there yet? I know it went out on Owasso over the weekend, as I drive by there on my way to work. Just wondering about Chisago…

    Drove by the lakes yesterday (4/5/04) and most still had ice. Green, Chisago, and South Lindstrom all had ice, but should be gone soon. Been watching closely as I promised an 8 yr old boy that we would go crappie fishing as soon as possible.

    Best i sto probably give Frankies in Chisago a quick call. The first place I start is the ne corner of North Center. Crappies!!!

    Ham and coon lake have been open for at least a week now.
