Heading up there for the first time for a week in mid September. Wondering if anyone has fished it before around that time. Just looking for general pointers to shorten the learning curve. Mostly interested in walleyes, but will be trying for pike, bass, and muskies too. Thanks

Fished it a few years ago at that time of year. It was unusually warm that week and walleyes were deeper over bottom transition areas and truthfully caught most of them on Perrault. Jig and minnow. We did some pike and musky fishing too casting shorelines with bucktails and swimbaits. Saw one musky in the narrows south of a place they call Times Square, but have heard the lake has a high population. Haven’t been down the western basin of Cedar yet though so no help to you there. Beautiful place and have fun!
