Not bashing the laws of other states (besides WI ) but if they would allow World Records to be snagged in MN waters…I wouldn’t have to move!
Since that was caught in June, wouldn’t it be certified by now?
Brian, I am wondering if the writer used the term “snagged” to mean he hooked into it, not in the literal sense of the word “snagged” that you and I think of.
