    Here is a 30″ channel cat my buddy Craig caught dragging jigs on pool 4. It wanted a pink jig with a crawler. Sorry about the glove, he’s kind of a wuss when it comes to holding fish.

    Basshundter, actually I don’t own a scale. So, i don’t know the weight.

    Brian, funny you mention crushing clams because Craig said it was trying to bite him. We did get some small flats that day too that were in the 17-20 inch range.

    I caught a 24 incher the other day that weighed 6.5 lbs. So I would say this fish is up there in the double digets easily. Noce Fish.

    I’ll second that. I got a 30″ cat earlier this year that weighed 12.4 lbs. Of course, when telling friends about it, you’re allowed a 20% increase in size, so you can call it 15 lbs or so.
