Anybody with a Petenwell Dam report?

    WOndering how the bite is going below the petenwell dam? wondering if a trip over that way with some buddies is worth it yet. thanks

    I heard that the bite was a lot of shorts and some keepers as well.

    We fished there today and it was very slow. Had much better luck in feb. The temp made it to 36 today. Water is down but the current is ripping pretty good. Trying Nekoosa tomorrow.

    Fished early am today, 10 short eyes, water very cold 34-35 degrees. Had to fish very slow, dead stick at times. Water low current some what high for the water level.
