August report

    Trolled spinners 4 lines for 3 hours Saturday and 4 lines of lead with cranks for a lil over an hour before I gave up about 9pm last Fri. Mostly inbetween the north end flats tried some edges and on top a lil too. Only action was the end of a crawler got bit off.

    Saturday trolled for skis with the big boards out 4 lines again from 5-10pm got a 20″ eye going 4mph hit a 12″ Jake. That was it

    I’m right there with ya Smackem, we were up Sunday and a couple weeks ago, and both times marked fish all over, caught very few.

    Saw gene Miller leaving the flats last Fri night he boated 4 skis
