I would like to extend a very sincere thank you to Kevin at Absolute Power Sports for your advise and honesty.
I was having some problems with my sled starter. Problem being it was DEAD. When I contacted him regarding purchasing a starter that I was convinced was shot he asked me a couple of question and indicated that he did not feel that it was my starter. Turns out it was something very small…aka..a fuse that was hidden under the dash. I had checked the only fuse I could find in the starting system and it was good. I did not even know the one under the dash even existed. This fuse was not even in any repair manual that I had.
Thank you Kevin for your honesty. You sure could have just sold me a starter but for your honesty you can bet if I ever need any parts for any of our sleds I am coming to you first.
