I was curious if anyone has experience with any cabin or lodging rentals around that area they can recommend.

What part of the lake do you want to fish? Its a big lake, so where you fish will dictate where you stay. Indian Hills, Dakota Waters, hotels in Garrison or New Town are options.

June 11, 2019 at 12:43 pm #1861630The Territorial Inn just outside of New Town is a good place to stay. Stayed there last August for a week. Nice clean place with breakfast in the morning. Short walk up the hill for evening meal and refreshments and they will cook your fish if you ask them ahead of time. Will be heading back the last week in July so give a report on your return if you would. Last year the bite had slowed some on Van Hook Arm so we fished the river a couple days and did well. Hoping going a bit earlier this year will help. You should hit a good time.PS- Inn is set up for fishermen with electrical outlets in the parking lot.
