In my Google memories from last year this time I’ve already shored some suckers.
They’re there, picky lil a$$hats too in this cold water.
Just nice sitting on a bank in the sun. Good luck.

Gregg GunterPosts: 900April 5, 2022 at 9:49 am #2113948I like the rod holders!👍🏻
Forgot mine at home. I welded a bunch of 1/4 inch stock weld sticks with foot stompers. But I always forget about them

Nice. I just rigged some up with fiberglass “driveway marker” posts. Cheap and lightweight.

April 6, 2022 at 1:28 pm #2114365My redhorse sucker spot is about a month out yet. Im not positive but I think I catch most if not all of these varieties from the same spot. The giants I get every year are either Greater or River.
Greater redhorse – state threatened
River redhorse – state threatened
Silver redhorse – common
Shorthead redhorse – common
Golden redhorse – common
