My grandson lost his first dog last night. She was a half lab half setter named Maddie. She was a good girl. I was thinking a few words of understanding might make him feel a little better. He is 15 and his name is Scott

Another good dog enters the great IDO dog park in the sky.

Tuffy, my pug, is 12 and been through a lot. He has his bouts where I don’t know what is wrong with him, but he definitely doesn’t want to move. I am thinking it is just arthritis, but it scares me everytime he goes into one of these slumps. The are becoming more frequent too.

Rest in peace, Maddie. Remember the good times!

It’s been almost a month since we lost Floyd. Not much that I can say that’ll make him feel better. I miss Floyd daily, but it does get better as the days wear on. Lots of us have been there; tell him to keep his chin up, and time will heal him.

Sorry for your loss Scott. Remember all the good times you and Maddie had together.
