    Anyone fish Minnewaska lately? Heading there for a weekend. Always do good on Sunfish. Just checking if anything has changed.

    Chappy,
    have heard a lot a stories of big Largemouth and Smallmouth BASS on this lake, have never been there, but hope to some day. it is easier to see if fish are shallow, and if they are not, or only small ones, move out to some deeper edges. deeper weed edges has been wonderful for me this week. have a good trip.

    Sunfish were plentiful and larger than average. If you plan on taking the kids,this is where i’d take them! Plop it in next to the pencil reeds on the Glenwood end of the lake and when you find them drop anchor! 1/2 To 3/4 pounders was average.
