2017 ProV GL 189 – water at my feet??

I have a new to me 2017 GL 189 Pro V. Every time I’ve been out fishing after a bit, I’ll take off and get on plane and then I have water dripping on my feet out of a little black plastic line under the helm. Before I always thought it was over flow for my front livewell, but today I was releasing all fish and not using my wells. It did it again and I checked the livewells and they are none dry!

Where is the water coming from, and what’s the purpose of this line?

As I type this, I noticed my Speedometer on the dash wasn’t working – never noticed it until today as I’m always using my graphs (two st the helm). It’s not a water activated speedo, is it?? Lol

It is the speedo line. Check where it connects to the back of the speedometer, just needs to be tightened. If it has a hole or cut you can just splice it, easy fix.

Bad water pressure line.I see you said the speedo doesn’t work start there than move on to the pressure gauge.
