Boat is very clean for its age. Thank you for noticing :). Does have power trim and was trimmed all the way down at full throttle. I’ll have to check correct mounting specs. I can’t imagine someone would mess with that from the manufacturer but could be a possibility unless the motor was swapped. From my memory I think the motor was one notch below the very top. No hydrofoil fin or any alterations to the motor.
