My choice has been made! I will buy a new Yar-Craft 2095BT next year.

Now I have the next 10 months or so to decide on colors, motor, options. Lybecks will be the dealer of choice, although I will shop others and make Eddie be competitive.

    Whew………glad that decision is over.

So, does anybody know how I could qualify for a state grant to pay for the boat????????

Thanks guys. I’ve been drooling for a couple of years now.

This past Feb. & March I attended 5 funerals. Waiting for the perfect time to do something doesn’t seem as important anymore.

Anyway, picking colors and options will be fun this summer. It gives me something to look forward to.

Me and my brother took my dad out last fathers day with brad hawthorne. He had that boat with a 175 verado on it, i’m quite sure you’ll be enjoying your new ride

    Nice ride.

You live in a Socialist state some where there should be a program to help you.

Still doesn’t mean you won’t pay for it.

I was in the shop last week and Brad was there rigging his new one. He is stepping down to a 150 four stroke this year. I’m interested to see how that combo works. I told him I would be in touch this summer for a drive.

BTW, his new boat is just flat out gorgeous!! Black with silver / gunmetal accents.

Lybecks marine will get the first chance at the sale. Eddie and his guys are fantastic Mercury mechanics. If I go Merc I’m not sure what route I’ll go. I had a Optimax in the past that was a real good motor. I’m running a four stroke now that’s great. I want to look into the performance reports for the 175 Suzuki, The Yamaha’s & the Mercury’s.

Most importantly it will be who the dealer ends up being. This will be the last boat I ever buy so price will be secondary to performance and dealer satisfaction. Locally I know Hanneys has a good reputation and I know first hand what Lybecks can do. There might be another dealer who two who enters into the fray before it’s all done.

Rigging will be pretty basic since I’m not a true Walleye guy. Wavewackers, Minnkota Maxxum on the bow, retractable rod straps, retractable cleats, rails, and I’ll move my down-scan from the present boat. To be honest I really haven’t gotten into the planning much. I just decided that this will be the boat.
