Was in Buffalo City and the ramp (by the Cove restaurant) had a little ice on the edge and a scattering of snow about 4 ft up the ramp.
The Belvedier Ramp is open and Alma had one lane open on that ramp. There were 7 to 8 trucks at each ramp so hopefully someone can give a report on there fishing success. It is soft water time. 
buffalo city and alma have been being used for about 3 weeks now as of sunday if you had anything bigger then a 14′ or i had a 16′ jon you had to use the landing down stream but the fishing is slow we have been catching fish but at this point you might just want to go to pool 4 everts 
fishing has been real slow at alma…..water is still pretty cold!
