Port Byron is open. Clinton is open. Stay off the Mississippi and go to the Il.

Just be careful if you plan on fishing pools 12, 13 and 14 as the tailwater areas in these 3 pools are closed to all fishing from Dec. 1st to March 15th.

I think just about every main channel access on 14, and probably most back water accesses, are open. It was iced up pretty solid a week ago, but all gone now.

Barny and John. Going to be limited on time if I go to 14 because all my gear is in Marks garage and I will have to pick it up on the way,but its looking like i`m going to go unless the weather takes a header.
