    Was Pepin still iced up tight or has this warmer weather opend the lake back up?

    I was noticing a change in the Super Doo bite today.. and was wondering if a different jigging motion was the answer… and therefore also a change to ring worms….. I caught a number of my larger fish when I dropped the ringworm to the bottom during my infrequent checks for the bottom……

    James,

    The lake is still iced up from what I could see. It was starting to get dark on my way by yesterday afternoon and could not see all the way across. I wouldn’t take a chance at getting out just yet unless you like to swim in really cold water!
