    Rising water bad, falling water good? Or is it the other way around?

    Both can be good if knowing what to look for. But if I had to pick rising water has always treated me better than water that is on a fast drop.

    If the water rises/falls at a very quick pace things can get quite tough. The fish focus more on scurring for their lives than what their next meal is going to be.
