Does anybody pull 3-ways this early in the year?? If so what is a good setup to start with?

Now with the cold water pulling spinners downstream over 3mph might not be to effective, but a nice stickbait, or jointed rap trolled upstream about .5-1mph right along current seams or criss cross the front lip of a hole
