the NY tuffy is hooked to the Harley and is ready to leave tommorrow 2am… heading to Champlain for the ny fed opener with 114 boats entered. mine will be the only tuffy. Champlain is loaded with 2-3# bass so I’m swinging for the fence… making a long run away from everybody and gonna hit the slop… I actually have a rare sat off to practice(my first day off since oct!) this worked out well last year with a top 20 in the BFL.

got back last night late, hot weather wind and deer flies just about killed me. ended up in the tourney with 15.86#s. should be in the money(114 boats) but won’t know till its posted. had 2 blow up misses on the frog that would have been first easy oh well. my game plan was right on… more story and a few pics will follow. boat ran great and we travelled close to 70 miles!
I had the only tuffy…
ended up in 11th place outa 114. won between 500-600$ won’t know for sure till the check arrives (left early)
great start for me to make the state federation team…
next up is the big water of the St. lawerence river… less than 4 weeks… this is the place I bought the Tuffy for…
