I have never fished pool 3 before but I heard they are opening the damn up. Is pool 3 open and if so is the early bass bite any good up there? Or worth checking out? Or would you stick around p4?

dam i believe is closed, they had the big crane out today working on the new bridge, early bass bite in the couple areas i fished last year with much success has been a dud so far, and ive used about every presentation i could think of
