All mixed up here. Some websites say “size 8 to 14 trebles for pike lures”.
Others say size 2 to 6. Aren’t 8 to 14 tiny trebles for lure making or changing on a lure?

I am not following your question. My big pike and muskie baits have 5/0 and 8/0 hooks on them. What are you trying to do?

Search treble hook size chart. to see how the numbering works if that is what’s confusing. The larger hooks will be /0.

    EX in order of size- 5/0, 4/0, 3/0, 2/0, 1/0 then switch to #1, #2, #3 and so on.

A meps musky killer bucktail has a 5/0 treble for reference.

A lot will depend on what lures you are replacing hooks on. It will also depend on what size Pike you are catching. Most large pike baits I throw have 5/0 treble hooks. The smaller pike lures have 4/0 or 3/0 hooks.

    To fishthumper, 10Klakes, Rodwork:

Thanks for all of your answers. I cannot figure out why my searches for Pike Size Treble hooks gave me sizes 8 to 14. But you gave me good size references with the info about 3/0, 4/0, and 5/0 Hooks. Now I have something helpful to go on.
