River near St. Peter

    Anyone know how high the river is near St. Peter or just north of there?

    Last I heard, the boat launch at St. Pete was almost completely submerged.

    Currently the Minnesota is about 15′ above flood stage in Mankato. It looks to be rising. The Seven Mile Park ramp is under water and has a lot of debris. The St. Peter ramp just upstream from the HWY99 bridge looks okay… at least for this afternoon. Hope this helps.

    So still not fishable for quite some time eh? Any estimates on when it may go back to a reasonable level?

    1-2 weeks at a Minimum……… if rain holds off. Were due to get more WEDS,THUR,FRI.
    bummer.
