Fished below the dam at Yankton on Sunday. Very slow bite, but mangaged to catch a few. White and chartruese (sp?) jigs tipped with minnows were the ticket. Saw one really nice eye caught. Make sure you adjust your drag for the paddleifsh you will inevitably snag. We had four of those to deal with.
