Night bite still going steady. Working in Becker this week so hit my walleye milk runs omw back home I’ve gathered over the years.

Chart ringworm is fire every fall, some reason, water clarity I expect, but firecracker with chart tail has gotten most fish. Clown hj10 and firetiger 5 flickers always a classic.

Rocks and rocks. A nice slow steady flow over a point that comes up or the back a$$ of an Eddy has been good. Bridges can be good, and inside turns on public land.

Good to get some meat back in the fridge.

Odd on the largie, never seen that before up there, usually it’s bullheads!

Nice job Hamm, good fish. Definitely worth an after work fishing trip.

Nice job Nick, glad to see you are having better luck with the cold fingers.
And thanks for the post. It reminded me to order the Nitecore HC65 head lamp.

Fingers are starting to acclimate finally.

Second shimano took a crap on me last night. Frustrating. At least the headlamp has been solid, you’ll enjoy yours.

Goes to show you the size of the baits these fish are eating.

Are you dragging baits or pitching at spots? I never really fish up north that way but the river is the river – probably a bit cleaner water up there right now, though.

THE HUMANITY! And to think Walleye guys say the Muskie eat all their fish…a new era is upon us….

Looks like a fun way to spend an evening.

Dragging while pitching Matt. Slower the better. Bottom contact seems to be imperative. Couple came off being snagged up, pop loose and pop.
