When I bought my hds units I bought the base map units. I was wondering if anybody that has base map units and have contours in the lakes in the base map. I have the navionics chip but when I selected the lowrance in the chart settings, contours come up on most of the lakes in the midwest there where contours in the lakes. I guess I didn’t think any of the base units had contours in any of the lakes – just outlines of the lakes.
Maybe a pleasant suprise.
