Land & Launch at Mississippi Marinas?

Hi All –

Have any of you done the Annual Land & Launch at any of the St. Paul Area Marinas on the Mighty Miss? If so, tell me about the experience – is it worth it, any considerations, concerns, etc.

We are most likely relocating from the N.W. Suburbs to the Downtown St. Paul area and I thought this would be a really good option to store my boat and Launch on the River whenever I needed.

Couple of places just south of 494 to check out. Both have a decent ramp. Both have a bar / restaurant.
