OK,I guess I will get this forum going… I have never but I always wondered why you never hear anybody talk about ice fishing Kabby? Does any IDO’s icefish it? One time years back the owner at Red Pine Lodge told me he puts out dark houses.
It does get fished in the winter however I think it’s more locals. I think if the folks from the metro were going ice fishing Red, LOW, Mille Lacs or even Rainy would be more of a destination. Might have something to do with people don’t know of winter lodging up there. When there is snow I know a bunch of people snowmobile VNP once the trails open up.
