    Wear long pants and 2 pair of socks in the boat. Black flies are fierce and don’t mind the taste of human flesh.

    If you get a bad wind day, load up and head for Ash Lake. Sits down in a bowl and has lots for Pike you can pound on for the afternoon. You will see it on your left about 15-20 miles before you get to the Gateway store turn-off.

    Last I heard about a week ago, the walleyes were on the reefs and lindy rigs with leeches were working better than jigs.

    what derek said heck we are even leaveing @ 5 this is going to be fun never fished kab been talking with a few fellow idoers got my new woods rainy chip for the hbird wow im impressed with that chip atleast when im sitting in the drive way .Heres hopeing for good weather and hungry fish
