2007 Pool 10 IDA Ice fishing GTG

    really bummed me out that last years ice didn’t hold up for a safe outing…I had several businesses asking if the boys were going to be making their rounds again(you guys made a lot of friends) and others mentioned that they must have missed ya this past winter…

    Well hears to a good freeze and great time on the ice down here..Mid Janurary I’d be guessing so lets keep our ice sticks crossed !!

    I’m waiting anxiously Dave………….. I got in so much trouble last time I’m not sure I can top it!!!

    I can’t wait to do a GTG
    I was very bummed last year when the weather did not cooperate.

    Yep, we gotta have some ice in 07. I haven’t been the same since it was cancelled OK, BK, maybe it was something beside the lack of ice, but we have to do this next Jan

    I agree, was really looking foward to my first IDA get together, if there’s safe ice my wife and I will be there!!!

    You are darn tootin’ Bret I wouldn’t miss the ice GTG for nothing. The GTG is always a blast with that many great IDA’ers attending. Bring on the ice

    Now that’s good news Dave. I know the water is starting to get on the hard side around here also

    I am in for a trip to PDC. Might not be an over night deal for me this year, but I will make a good day of it

    Oh ya, I met some great people, had some good eats which my dog loved as well…. and I met a group of guys who got me in trouble. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

    Hope the wife will let me go!!!! but I’m not counting on it

    Mud-As we get closer to the GTG, Dave spends a ton of pre-fishing time to find the hottest bite. Once that is determined, he will be letting everyone know It looks like we are definitely going to have good ice this year so it should be a great time

    I think I met up with those same guys!!!!! They tried to get me in trouble too but I wouldn’t let ’em.

    I look forward to making it down there this year.

    A lot of the bays have ice covering them now…I’m guessing I will be on the ice next weekend already as long as this weather holds…cross your fingers !!!

    Is pool 10 the Guttenberg area? That sounds like a good time.

    We were duck hunting across from Ferryville on Dec 2 & 3 and on the 3rd, it suddenly froze from border to border!!! Dave, enjoyed the jigs this summer and have always wanted to get back to PDC to get a burger from Eddie’s!!!
