The skirting that sits on the ice is tearing from it freezing to the ice. Anyone have any ideas on preventing more tearing. Not sure what to do. What does everyone else do? Would like to get a new one butt that’s not in the cards. Gotta make this one last a couple more years.

I have an Otter, only way to go in my opinion. I always make sure to not bury the edges in slush, if the edges are not buried I can always pull on them with the help of a chisel or shovel and it will pop up. After the ice chunks pop, I then peel them off and they break apart. Works for me anyway.

Bank from the inside first then flip it down and bank from the outside. This will help to keep it from freezing.
