Just want to pass along the great Customer Service I just got from both Fleet farm and Clam.I purchased 2 new Clam Ice Rod lockers for Xmas.One for myself and the other for my Son inlaw.Upon opening both find that one did not have any of the velcro inserts in the case.I e mailed both places and the next day got a call from a nice lady from Fleet Farm.Very apologetic ( even though the missing pieces she had nothing to do with)and said she would contact Clam for the pieces. Today they arrived.
