I notice this year the LS6 now has a smaller footprint (2″ less depth)….

Can you find out if they will offer just the new case-shuttle for the older units?

I like the idea of having it a little smaller…..

I don’t know if it will fit in a bucket…I would have to measure one but my base is 9 3/4″ deep and 9 1/2″ wide…same as the LX7
The new base is 7 3/4″ deep and 9 1/2″ wide with no handle….
Even 2″ extra would be good to me…

Other wise the specs on the sonar itself seem the same as mine..

seems to me, it would be easier to engineer a 3″ bigger bucket ???
