Upgraded the trailer with led guide posts (homemade ) Added outrigger floats (homemade) and 7 inch seat risers (store bought ) Gonna put a Traxis 55 lb MinnKota with 100 Amp hour Redodo lithium weighs 23.4 lbs fun project!

Could you please include a picture and a description on how you built the outriggers. I have a walker bay dingy I use in the river and it is very tippy. I am also interested on how you mounted the seat pedestal.

With the 7 inch seat risers will change the center of gravity, without the floats I think it may be to top heavy . The floats are crab pot bouys pvc fittings connected to arm crutches. The cross piece cam from and awning from a camper . Flag pole holder allows for the adjustment

No. All original. The only thing added is a lip on the back of the bottom. I’m not sure if that helps it plane out/ride flatter or what. It was there when I got it.
