I know this has been asked before but couldn’t find any posts. Anybody have any good formulas for getting water spots off the windshield on your boat? Thanks in advance.

I use a 50/50 water/vinagar mix for most apps

I do the whole exterior of the boat/splash guards and engine with pure Vinegar. 1 gallon–put on very liberally, does the whole boat/engine/under water portion of the engine etc.– no matter how bad the water spots/stains are.

I have for many years and still do use the ALL vinegar on BOTH “tin and glass”. (motor cowlings are “glass” no matter the boat…) After washing with the vinegar, I spray my boat/engine with furniture polish such as Pledge or the like. (I do not wipe the waxy polish after spraying it on generously)
