has anyone ever rigged a 619 with a kicker? my question Is where are they getting there fuel from? is it “tee’d” in to the big motor fuel line after the main/aux fuel valve on the boat.

im putting a kicker on a boat that never had one… the boat has a main fuel tank and an aux tank from what I know (theres 2 fuel fill caps). but from what I can tell is that the aux tank acts like a reserve tank just in case you run out of fuel.

I have a 620, but I would think it would be done the same way. Mine has an aux. racor fuel filter mounted under the panel in the splash well. It has one feed line to it and 2 supply lines coming out of it, one to each outboard.

The newer rangers use a attwood “tank mounted” FDV. There should be and extra pick-up spot for a kicker/auxiliary motor. Remove the clip and slip the plug out and insert attwood part #991FDV00. Attach your fuel to that and then your kicker. Good to go.
