I have 2 EF 20’s , I think they are very solid reel for the money,my only complaint is they are a little heavy for a 20 series reel. I only use one them now tho and thats on my pike rod,the other one is on the shelf.

Since building a HIGH quality walleye rods I have switched to lighter reels.

I’m not sure of the model but I’ve picked up a few Okuma reels at Dick’s on sale over the past few years. They seem decent but they have been put on my “extra” rods that I don’t use much. I have not had any issues with the ones I have.

I was looking at getting these
    and went with Pflueger President

built better and smoother for the same money at the time

cabela’s had them for basically $20 off so I went that route

It was a cabela’s bucks thing

I just checkout with the reel go back in and got $20 more worth of stuff I needed
