I was hopeing/wondering if anybody fixes rods in the La Crosse area? I broke the top eye off my baitcasting rod and don’t want to just throw my best rod away. Any help would be great. thanks

Contact G-Loomis…odds are they will fix the rod without cost…or very little. Give it a try. Rick

If the blank broke right at the tip top and there isn’t any splitting, you could glue a new tip top on and it would have little if any impact on the rod’s action. If the break is further down, or the blank needs to be trimmed, you would be better off returning it for a warranty replacement because any repairs/modifications to the blank will void your warranty.
