    GMAN,Wow is all I can say. I had the pleasure of seeing twins fawns years ago. The difference was they where days old not quite as fresh as this little guy. Thank You for high tailing it outa there.

    Very cool to see! About 8 years ago, I watched a fawn be born while Turkey hunting. About an hour later, 3 coyotes surrounded the doe and wore her out. Coyote got the fawn and dragged it into the woods.

    Nope Out of range for the 12gage for an effective kill and all i would have done was pepper the deer and yotes. At that time, we had an abundance of deer around, so it was nature taking care of itself. Different story now though.

    Wow. What a moment to see new life in the wild like that.
    I haven’t seen any yet myself this year but did see a couple very skinny looking does so I figure they’ve dropped their fawns. Last year I spooked one Morel picking.
