    All this is going to do is make people cautious on helping , and because of this someone will parish when they could have been saved.

    Years ago people would drive by an accident because they were afraid of getting sued so they changed the law.However in this case I guess she should have left the [censored] in there

    Wish I was on that Jury! Wonder if the peralysis was maybe caused by the crash? Be interesting to see how that get’s answered on when the peralysis took place. As the crash happened or when she was dragged like a rag doll? Wonder if they’re still bud’s?
