The bass-fishing community suffered a tremendous loss this afternoon when Tim Tucker died as the result injuries sustained in a car accident on Florida’s Interstate 75.
Lt. Beaver Twist of the Florida Highway Patrol confirmed the news. Details of the crash have not yet been released.
Tucker’s contributions to the sport of pro fishing remain immeasurable. He was a longtime BASS senior writer, as well as a prolific author and photographer.
