    While fishing today (sunday) I got an email that said S8 E16 was up on youtube.. when I followed the link it said video is private. A bug or what?

    Sorry. One of the editors set it to “public” before it was ready then switched it to private after the emails were sent out automatically by Youtube’s system. All is good now.
