How many of you guys check to make sure the service work was actually done? Drove 1 plus hour to get service work done this week put it on the water this afternoon and still doesn’t work. I know I should have checked at the dealer. What should my phone conversation be like monday morning? I know I am going to be upset after driving that far. Rant over thanks

A simple, polite phone conversation explaining that the problem still isn’t resolved should suffice. If they sent it out the door and took payment, then they felt it was fixed. Politely explain the inconvenience, and they should offer to resolve it for you.

From a technicians standpoint, some problems can be masked by common symptoms. They may have truly felt the problem had been fixed.

I would expect to pay parts (if any needed), but the dealership should suck up the cost of labor for the return visit.
