Good job Brewers, darn! But history wise comparing the Twins and Brewers is a lot like comparing the Vikes and the Packers, except the Twins are the Pack and the Brewers are the Vikes.

    I agree with Drewsdad

When is the last time the Brewers won a World Series?

The Milwaukee Brewers have had 1 pennant and 3 playoff appearances. The Twins have 2 world championships, 3 pennants, and 11 playoff appearances.

That has nothing to do with the Brewers sweeping the twinkies

One more thing, the past means nothing. Only if it involves the Packers. The Packers got a waiver.

Was great to take 3 from the twins, now off to the yanks, hope the crew takes at least one w home.

Tough to thump your chest on the sweep with all the Twinkie injury’s, but I will take it and so will the Crew!

Well we will see how it all shakes out come October. The Twins were on the best tear in MLB a week ago. Now they are not. One historical fact that is heartening for Twins fans is that they have tended in the Gardenhire era to play their best ball post All Star break. Brewers definetly have a good club!

Yes, they got beat pretty good even for a very injured team.

To bad we could not have had a series with a normally healthy Twin’s team.

Would have been much more interesting for sure.

Kinda like beating up on a 10 year old, no biggie.

The twins put the equivalent of a AAA team on the field against the Brewers, and that may be giving them too much credit. Tough to compete when half the team is injured. The brewers should have swept them. Glad to see it for once. The Twins have always been a giant thorn in the side of the Brew Crew. Nice to win a few once.

This rollercoaster ride is wearing me out. I switched over to Palladium and watched a Fleetwood Mac concert from 2004 when it was 9-0 and then switched back to catch the 9th. And today they will probably beat the Dodgers 3-2 by scoring 3 runs in the first inning.

If not for Capp’s 9th inning in game 2, looks like the brew crew would have got swept.

    Nice going Twins.
