took a little drive to Winnie

    Stickboy and I brought my 5th wheel to Little Winnie resort today. All of the lakes we went but were ice free with the exception of Mille Lacs. With the south wind all of the ice was to the north and going quickly. We took a drive up to cut foot and the north side of winnie both were ice free.
    I tried to have stickboy go for a swim to see what the water temp is but he chickened out. The Walleye striping on Cut foot is done too.
    There were no nets out on Mille Lacs. Did see both Minn. and tribe officers though at the public landing just south of Myr Mar.

    Obviously you just did not bring enough “Weed”

    With enough Jeremiah Weed, I think Stick would do anything

    i heard red was all but ice free as well. right on schedule.
