    When exactly is the opener? I went to the MNDNR site and they wanted some down load stuff to access the Regs.

    I wasn’t able to find the 2009 regulations on-line.

    They should be posting it soon.

    April 18th is the opener. The 25th is the Border Challenge event with 67 boats already in. May 2 & 3 is the MTT events.
