Nugget lake–over by Ellsworth,WI area

    hey can a guy get out on this lake to ice fish it?? i was over there this summer and was trying to figure out if able to get out without walking and walking to get on it–thanks

    I think walking or ATV is the best option. Not sure if people are driving on

    Driving is the only option I would consider on that long thing. Must wait for thick ice.

    Yes as far as I know. That is where I accessed it two years ago.

    Yes, only access to the lake is through the park, I have not heard if ice is thick enough for vehicle traffic yet though.

    I’ve walked in over the dam side to ice fish it.
