I’m looking at purchasing an older 6×10 ice castle fish house from Wisconsin. The seller has never had a title for it. I’m wondering if this would be too much trouble to try and get it titled/registered in Minnesota. Any advice or horror stories would be appreciated. Thanks!
Older ice castles didn’t come with title. I bought and sold my 2008 house. Just used a bill of sale and licensed it as a “homemade”. No issues at all.
Don’t know from experience but I’ve read this a few times and you might want to consider it – I’ve read insuring a homemade house can be a challenge
